Customer Services Advisor WANTED

Due to continued growth we are currently recruiting for someone to join our customer service team at M&H Logistics.

Over the years M&H Logistics have built up their reputation as one of the leading companies within the transport industry delivering goods throughout Scotland and all over the UK. We have multi depots throughout the UK from Leicester, Warrington, Glasgow, Dundee, Inverness, Aberdeen and the role we are recruiting for will be based in our Glasgow depot situated in Cambuslang.

Experience within the transport industry is essential and we are looking to recruit someone with exceptional customer service skills. Enthusiastic with impeccable attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment. If this sounds like the role for you, please get in touch.

Hours of work will be 10am-7pm Monday to Friday with a generous salary to be discussed at the interview.

The role will be varied and will include but not be limited to:

- Answering calls/emails in a professional efficient manner.
- Confirming of freight received at the depot on our network system.
- Raising discrepancies for sending members and attachingphotos of any damages/discreps.
- Daily updates and ETAs for key account customers.
- Arranging network collections and providing details to our traffic department.
- Checking and sorting paperwork for weekly invoicing ensuing all information is provided and accurate. Ensuring any quotations included.
- Importing of jobs on our in-house system.
- Data entry for customer jobs onto our in-house system.
- Dispatching trailers for network deliveries and check for any import issues and amend correct.
- Complete daily count logs for sending customers.
- Printing delivery notes for customer deliveries.
- Dealing with PODs and scanning.
